It’s important to restore energy that has been all used up due to being busy

Read a book, listen to the rain and relax
After a good sleep your energy is restored, and ready to fill other people as well


Focus on goals and take a step back from your mind

Relax. Focus.

Untangle yourself from being caught up in minimal unmeaningful traps of thought, open your mind to new things and ideas

Reflect on ideas, thoughts, feelings, events and question why they happened and what they meant to you to make you learn, reach enlightenment, grow, develop, learn more about yourself
